Option 1 — Delete directly in the app

If you still have access to the Orif-Trolley app, this is the fastest way to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

  1. Open the Orif-Trolley app on your device.
  2. Tap Settings (bottom tab or profile icon).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Submit a deletion request

If you no longer have access to the app or your account, submit a request below. We will delete your account within 30 days and send a confirmation email.

We will send you an acknowledgement email, and our team will manually verify and process your request. Only accounts registered to the email address you provide will be deleted.
